1. Place an order as usual in the shopping cart with all your required products and quantities.

2. Proceed to checkout and enter your full name and shipping address, including the correct postal code. (Please double-check for any mistakes, as we will not resend orders due to incorrect shipping addresses.)

3. If you have discount codes, enter them in the designated box so that the discounts are automatically applied.

4. Once you have completed your order on our website, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order details and current status.

**Notes About Our Order Processing & Delivery:**

• As soon as we receive your order, we will process and ship it as quickly as possible. We appreciate your patience.

• When we ship your order, you will receive an email with the order status indicating that it has been completed.

• From the time you receive that update, your order will be on its way to you. Delivery will be by 1 pm (for most UK postcodes) the following business day.

• As a rough guide, you should expect delivery within 2-3 business days of payment (unless we are swamped).
