How long is the whole ordering process?
Ordering and receiving your products can take as little as two business days, depending on when you place your order, and usually no longer than three business days! If you haven’t received your shipment within three business days, please get in touch with us to request your tracking number.
What if I do not receive an order confirmation after submitting my order?
After placing an order, you should receive a detailed order confirmation email. Some email clients may route our mail to your Junk or spam folder. If you do not receive the order confirmation email after a few minutes of placing the order, please first check your junk or spam folder. If you still haven’t received confirmation, please get in touch with us.
When can I expect my delivery?
Delivery in the UK is the next business day by 1 pm to most UK postcodes (via Royal Mail Special Delivery) after we mail your package.
Do you know if the products are genuine?
Yes, of course! Our products are directly from Rohm Labs, so there are no middlemen between you and us. We rely on repeat orders and would like to let you know that we prioritize your satisfaction.
Do I get any discount?
Orders over £150 are entitled to FREE shipping and FREE needles and syringes (limited to 10 of each). For larger orders over £500, please get in touch with us for any available discounts.
Can I change my order after it has been placed?
You can change your order at any time after you send payment. However, changes are not accepted once you’ve gotten them, as the products you asked for will be held off until you’ve finished your order.
Please check that everything is correct before submitting your order to avoid mistakes. If you have forgotten any details, we will let you know. If you find that you have forgotten something, please get in touch with us as soon as possible.
Do you think I can cancel my order?
Once you have completed your order, the products are held for you, which may have prevented another customer from purchasing them if we are out of stock. They cannot cancel the order. Is there a minimum order amount?
Yes, our minimum order amount is GBP 80 (not including the packing and shipping fee). This is to prevent too many small orders from slowing down our order processing times.
What is the cost of P+P / shipping?
We offer only one method of shipping, including protective packaging. Shipping and packing cost £10. This is a folder, regardless of size. We also order FREE shipping on orders over GBP 150.
Is it legal to purchase these products?
FFS, Get real. Please take care when ordering these products and selecting a supplier to deliver your goods. That’s what we do; no one can tell what is inside our packages!
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
No, we only ship to UK residential addresses.
Do you ship to A.P.O. Boxes?
Sorry, we would love to help but do not hip to A.P.O. Boxes.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship to the UK (Domestic service) only.
Is my order sent with tracking?
Our primary shipping method is via UK Royal Mail Special Delivery NEXT DAY by 1 pm, which is trackable. Tracking numbers will be available upon request only AFTER 3 pm on the expected delivery day.
What if my products are seized?
As our service is a UK domestic service, it is our norm and has no seizures.
What if some of my goods are broken?
To date, we have not had any customers report any breakages as we package all your products with extreme care and protection.
Do you offer any refunds?
Once payment is taken, we cannot offer any refunds, as we cannot accept returns. Once you have completed your order and payment, the order is final.
