Once your order status is updated to “COMPLETED,” you can expect delivery by 1 p.m. the next business day for most UK postcodes. If you miss your delivery or if Royal Mail is unable to deliver your package securely, you can request the tracking number from us after 3 p.m. on the expected delivery day.

Our mailing system is not automated, so we do not send tracking numbers to everyone. This process is too time-consuming, and most customers receive their orders before we finish sending out the tracking emails! If you have not received your order within three business days following the “COMPLETED” status update, please contact us.
