These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and Depot Pharm Peptides governing your use of this website and any order you place through it. By browsing this site, creating an account, or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this site or place an order.
2. Eligibility & buyer certification
You must be at least 21 years old to use this site or purchase from it. By ordering, you certify that you are purchasing solely for legitimate laboratory research, educational, or professional purposes, and that you meet every condition described in our Research Disclaimer, which forms part of these Terms.
3. Your account
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Please provide accurate, current information at checkout, and let us know immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
4. Products, pricing & availability
We do our best to display accurate prices, descriptions, and stock levels, but errors can occur. We reserve the right to correct pricing or listing errors, and to change prices, promotions, and product availability at any time without prior notice. Prices shown are in the currency stated at checkout and exclude duties, taxes, or import fees unless we say otherwise.
5. Orders & acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to purchase, not a guaranteed sale. We may accept, limit, decline, or cancel any order — including after payment has been processed — for reasons such as suspected fraud, pricing or stock errors, or where we believe an order does not meet the eligibility requirements in section 2. Where we cancel a paid order, we will refund the amount charged.
6. Payment
Payment is due in full at the time of order. We use third-party payment processors to handle transactions securely; we do not store your full card details on our servers. You confirm that any payment method you use is your own, or that you are authorized to use it.
7. Shipping, delivery & risk of loss
We ship to the address you provide at checkout — please check it carefully, as we are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address you supplied. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title to the products pass to you once we hand your order to the carrier. International orders may be subject to customs processing, import duties, or delays outside our control, as described in our Research Disclaimer.
8. Cancellations, returns & refunds
You may request to cancel an order only before it has shipped; once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Because our products are laboratory materials, we can only accept returns for items that arrive damaged, incorrect, or defective — please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue so we can arrange a replacement or refund. Opened, used, or reconstituted vials cannot be returned.
9. Certificates of analysis & limited warranty
Where we publish a Certificate of Analysis for a batch, our only warranty is that the specific item you received conforms to that Certificate at the time of shipment. Beyond that, products are supplied “as is,” without any warranty — express or implied — regarding fitness for a particular research purpose, merchantability, or results obtained in your own protocols.
10. Prohibited uses
You agree not to: use any product for human or animal consumption; resell or redistribute products as if intended for consumption; misrepresent your identity, age, or purpose when ordering; use this site for any unlawful purpose; or attempt to interfere with the security or normal operation of this site. We may suspend or terminate access for anyone who breaches this section.

12. Intellectual property
All text, graphics, logos, and content on this site belong to Depot Pharm Peptides or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our branding or content without our written permission.
13. Assumption of risk, limitation of liability & indemnification
You assume full responsibility for how you store, handle, and use any product you purchase. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. You agree to indemnify Depot Pharm Peptides against any claim arising from your misuse of a product or breach of these Terms.
14. Termination
We may suspend or close your account, or refuse future orders, at any time if we believe you have breached these Terms, misused the site, or placed us at legal or reputational risk. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including sections 9, 11, and 13 — will continue to apply.
15. Dispute resolution & governing law
We’d rather resolve a disagreement directly — please contact us first so we can try to sort it out. These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Depot Pharm Peptides is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and any dispute not resolved informally will be handled in the courts or arbitration forums available under those laws.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our products, processes, or legal requirements. The version published here always applies to orders placed after it takes effect, so please check back periodically — the date below reflects the most recent revision.
