1. Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase products from Depot-Pharm Peptides.
By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement and are legally capable of entering into a contract.
2. Research Use Only
Unless expressly stated otherwise, all products sold by Depot-Pharm Peptides are supplied strictly for lawful laboratory and scientific research purposes only.
Research products are:
- Not intended for human or animal consumption or administration.
- Not intended for injection, self-medication or therapeutic use.
- Not approved or supplied as medicines, food supplements or cosmetics.
- Not intended for clinical, diagnostic or veterinary use.
By purchasing research products, you confirm that they will be used only for lawful research purposes and that you have the necessary knowledge, facilities and authorisation to handle them safely.
We do not provide medical advice, dosage instructions or administration guidance.
The designation Research Use Only does not override applicable laws or regulatory requirements.
3. Product Information & Quality
We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, specifications and relevant research information.
Where available, batch information and Certificates of Analysis (COAs) may be provided for reference.
Customers are responsible for determining whether a product is suitable for their intended lawful research application.
Products must be stored and handled in accordance with their specific storage instructions.
We are not responsible for damage caused by improper handling, contamination, misuse or incorrect storage after delivery, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
4. Orders & Payments
All orders are subject to availability, successful payment and acceptance.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where reasonably necessary, including suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, stock shortages or regulatory concerns.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received and before dispatch, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled products.
All prices are displayed in GBP (£). Applicable taxes and delivery charges will be shown at checkout.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are normally processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days, Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.
We use Royal Mail Tracked 24 for UK deliveries.
Royal Mail Tracked 24 aims to deliver within one working day after dispatch, but next-day delivery is not guaranteed.
Tracking information will be provided once the order has been dispatched.
Occasional delays may occur due to courier disruption, adverse weather or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Customers must provide accurate delivery information.
If your parcel is delayed, lost or incorrectly delivered, please contact us so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable law.
6. Risk & Ownership
Ownership of products normally transfers following full payment and delivery.
For consumer purchases, responsibility for goods remains with us until they come into the physical possession of the customer or a person identified by the customer to receive them, subject to applicable law.
For business purchases, different delivery and risk arrangements may apply where lawfully agreed.
7. Returns, Cancellations & Refunds
Due to the specialised nature of research materials, returned products may not be suitable for resale.
For business-to-business purchases, change-of-mind returns are not normally accepted unless agreed in writing.
For consumer purchases, applicable statutory cancellation rights remain in force, including the usual 14-day cancellation period for qualifying online purchases.
Certain statutory exceptions may apply, including to specific sealed goods once unsealed or goods liable to deteriorate rapidly, where the legal conditions are satisfied.
If a product arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact info@depot-pharm.com with your order number and details of the issue.
Where possible, include photographs of the product and packaging.
We will investigate and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights.

8. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
- Purchase and use research products only for lawful purposes.
- Follow applicable handling and storage requirements.
- Comply with relevant UK and international laws.
- Avoid unauthorised human or animal administration.
- Refrain from representing research products as approved medicines or treatments.
We may refuse future orders where we reasonably suspect unlawful or prohibited use.
9. Website Content & Intellectual Property
Website content, including our branding, product descriptions, images, graphics and original written materials, is owned by or licensed to MIL Distribution Limited.
Unauthorised commercial copying, reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
You must not attempt to interfere with the security or operation of our website.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses arising from unlawful use, improper storage, product misuse or handling contrary to supplied instructions.
For business purchases, we exclude indirect or consequential commercial losses to the extent permitted by law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, statutory consumer rights or any liability that cannot legally be excluded.
11. Privacy & Personal Data
Personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable UK data-protection legislation.
Order information may be shared with payment processors and delivery providers where necessary to fulfil purchases and operate our services.
12. Events Outside Our Control
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, transport disruption, regulatory restrictions, natural disasters or major service interruptions.
This does not affect rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

The latest version will be published on our website with an updated revision date.
Changes will not retrospectively remove rights arising under orders already accepted.
